Jovia is the God of Victory and Festivities. The phrase "Eat, drink, and be merry" personified, Jovia's responsibilities include having a good time, celebrating, and throwing parties. He presents in many different forms - adapting for every occassion - but is depicted most frequently as a muscular man with golden hair, a beard, and up to six arms; each one usually holding some form of entertainment for his celebrations.
In stories and plays, Jovia's role varies - sometimes he is depicted as the fool, other times as the sage giver of advice who others turn to in their hour of need, and even as the antagonist. No matter his place, however, his celebrations are almost universally written up as a gathering place for the gods and goddesses of Songhaven.
Sometimes you can pray to him when your HDMI cable isn't working and your TV is flickering, and maybe he'll help. Maybe.
